Kyptik Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Kyptik website, apps and related services (the "Service"), provided by Kyptik.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, or by becoming a VIP Supporter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Development Status — Please Read

By joining and using Kyptik during this phase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Things can be unstable. Apps and tools may contain bugs, crash, lose data, behave unexpectedly, go offline, or be reset without notice.
• You are participating in the development process. You are joining as an early supporter and tester. Your use, feedback and bug reports help shape what we build.
• Products may change or be scrapped. Any app, tool, feature or platform integration may be changed, paused, replaced, or discontinued entirely at any time, at our sole discretion, without compensation.
• No timelines are guaranteed. Launch dates, platform integrations and roadmap items are goals, not promises.
• Data may be reset. Saves, scores, balances in test systems, settings and content may be wiped during upgrades or migrations.

2. Access — VIP Only

All public pricing plans and subscriptions are currently closed. During development, the only way to join Kyptik and participate is by becoming a VIP Supporter. Free accounts may still use limited features such as the Affiliate Hub, Forums and Marketplace where available.

3. VIP Supporter Program

3.1 What VIP Includes

• 1 year of access to all apps in the Games and Life & Growth categories, starting from the date your VIP is activated.
• 6 months of access to the Automation Trading Tools category (Traders Lounge and Backtest Lab), starting from the date your VIP is activated.
• Early access to tools, test groups and platforms that are not public yet, including live and demo automation platforms as they are enabled.
• VIP badge on your profile and access to the VIP area of our Discord community.
• Eligibility for giveaways, bonuses and rewards at Kyptik's sole discretion.

Access periods are fixed and do not pause if an app is unavailable, changed or discontinued during that time.

3.2 What Your VIP Donation Is Used For

VIP payments are voluntary donations/contributions that fund Kyptik's development and running costs — including building and testing new apps, servers and hosting, third-party data and API fees, AI usage, platform integrations, and general operations. They are not an investment, loan, security, deposit, or purchase of any guaranteed service or return.

3.3 No Refunds

3.4 Rewards, Bonuses & Withdrawals

• Any bonuses, giveaways or rewards are given at our sole discretion. We make no guarantee of any payout, profit or return of any kind.
• Only bonuses or rewards credited to your account by Kyptik (never your contribution itself) may be withdrawn. All withdrawals are reviewed by an admin and may be approved or rejected with a reason.
• Any costs you authorise inside Kyptik may be deducted from your VIP balance. Deductions are non-refundable once processed.
• We may revoke VIP status at any time for breach of these Terms, without refund.
• You are responsible for making sure taking part in the VIP program is legal where you live, and for any taxes on rewards you receive.

All apps below are in development and are provided "as is" for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only.

5. Trading, Live & Demo Platforms — Risk of Loss

If you choose to try them, you agree that:

• You do so entirely at your own risk and choice.
• You are solely responsible for every trade placed in your account, whether manual or automated.
• You will monitor your positions and never leave any tool running without oversight.
• You will only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
• Nothing on Kyptik is financial, investment or trading advice. We are not financial advisors or brokers, and we never hold or manage your funds.
• Kyptik is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, broker issues or account damage, whatever the cause.

6. Affiliate, Referral & Marketplace

• Mini tasks, referral commissions and marketplace sales are not guaranteed and may change or end at any time.
• Withdrawals are reviewed by an admin and may be rejected with a reason. Fraud, self-referrals or fake submissions lead to forfeiture and account termination.
• Affiliates, workers, sellers and advisors are independent — not employees of Kyptik — and are responsible for their own taxes.
• We may charge a platform fee on marketplace sales.

7. Accounts & Conduct

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and keep your account secure.
• Do not use Kyptik for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful; do not harass others, spam, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, scrape data, or try to hack or reverse-engineer the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these Terms, without refund.

8. Your Content & Our Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of content you create or upload, and give us a licence to use it to run and improve the Service. The Kyptik software, designs and brand belong to Kyptik or its licensors.

9. Privacy

Your use of Kyptik is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uptime, stability, accuracy of any output, financial or health results, rewards, or that any product will continue to exist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyptik is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, trading losses, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Kyptik harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are handled individually (no class actions) and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Because Kyptik is in development, these Terms will be updated as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

By using Kyptik or becoming a VIP Supporter, you confirm that you understand the platform is in development and may be unstable, that products may be changed or scrapped, that using live or demo trading platforms can result in losses, and that all VIP payments are non-refundable.
